It was acquired by Robert Bosch AG in 1933. Later In 1938 it changed its name to 'Blaupunkt', German for 'blue point' or 'blue dot', after the blue dot painted onto its retail electronics that had passed it's stringent quality control. 100% operational with warranty- Featuring new pinstripe fascia and original chrome ring knobs (can be fitted with plain black knobs if wanted).
