OLED 1.3 I2C IIC 128x64 Serial LCD - Faulty? - Displays - Arduino Forum

Dear All, Can anyone please advise if the attached pics show the display is faulty or whether it is a program fault? The 128x64 (IDAFRUIT) Display Demo runs but as can be seen in the pics only the top few lines of this display is working - all the rest of the display lines just show random noise? Please advise.
