Description

Smaller mandoline for slicing vegetables and fruit.

The mandoline features a fixed-blade that is capable of cutting very thin slices (1 mm or 1/32) for fruit and vegetable chips, and cheeses. It's excellent for making topchips, vegetable tagliatelle, or cheese shavings. This black mini mandoline set includes a food pusher that clips onto the mandoline for blade protection and easy storage. The unit has two notch lengths that fit right on or over plates or bowls.

Suggested Usage:

Secure the mandoline on, or over a plate or bowl using the notches. Holding the unit with one hand, place the food item over the beginning of the blade, secure the food pusher into the food item and slide it along the blade in a single swiping motion.

Warnings:

Sharp blade; clip the food pusher onto the mandoline when not in use. Keep out of reach of children.
