Simply twist off the wooden top, remove the plug, replace the top and allow the fragrance to pull up into and saturate the wooden top! The fragrance could last 2-4 months depending on weather/heat/cold. Car diffuser refills comes with:- Glass dropper bottle- 0.6 oz of fragrance of choice - enough for TWO REFILLS These refill bottles have enough fragrance oil to refill your mini diffusers twice, each refill lasting for 2-4 months (depending on weather/heat/cold).
