Description

This is a funky, herbal, unapologetic absinthe. Pure star anise flavor, with an aggressive, tarragon finish and a big, mouth-coating feel. Deep and complex enough to be enjoyed in the traditional style, louched with water, but also assertive enough for cocktails that call for just a dash or even a rinse in the glass.
Faccia Brutto allowed their beloved Centerbe rest in used white wine barrels for a full year. Then, they allowed that liquid to develop in stainless steel tanks for another six months while making subtle changes to the base with further infusions and tinctures. Thus, creating a mellow and herbaceous liqueur with well-integrated flavors that brings a subtlety and softness to cocktails or sings beautifully on the rocks.  This is a limited run of 66 cases, with only 5 cases for California.
Sapling Vermont maple liqueur derives its unique taste from select locally-harvested Vermont Grade A maple syrup combined with a slow maturation in American oak barrels. Sapling is bold, like the landscape itself, but always smooth and never too sweet. Add Sapling to your java for a Vermont Coffee or with light cream and vodka for a White Maple.
In late spring, the folks at Heimat make several trips up to one of the more picturesque farms in the Hudson Valley. There they begin hand selecting the elderflower blossoms at peak bloom and fragrance. Just a short drive later, naturally on the same day, they begin crafting the flowers into a most unique and aromatic liqueur that combines a delicate body with a long, memorable finish. A match made in heaven with Champagne or Prosecco, this is is sure to please the most demanding of connoisseurs to those who just want to enjoy a distinctive cocktail. Bottled at 18% abv.
A Mediterranean take on Chartreuse! In the legend, Madame Milu was a dancer at the Moulin Rouge, and Mr. Jefferson fell in love during a trip to Paris. This digestive liqueur is inspired by the herbal tonics of the French alps, yet steeped in the roots of Italian tradition. All the botanicals come from the Vecchio Magazzino Doganale farm, including mint, marjoram, elderflower, absinthe, chamomile, pinecone resin, melissa, wild fennel, and phyllanthus. Interestingly, this is the only product where they macerate two items together - the pinecone resin and wild fennel, which are too strong when used individually.

Pairs particularly well with with Cognac and Rum.

The Bergamotto Fantastico fruit liqueur (fantastic is the name of the variety of Bergamot) captures this ancient variety of citrus fruit which has found its ideal habitat in Calabria. Vecchio Magazzino Doganale wanted to pay homage to this extraordinary fruit, creating a liqueur with an infusion of Bergamot peels. Produced with only FRESH FRUIT (other producers use dry), peeled by hand from the garden of Pellaro. After two months of infusion, filtered with linen cloths and bottled, the scent and taste of authentic Calabrian Bergamot, the king of citrus fruits. Also includes coriander, cardamom, lavender, and aloe - try mixing equal parts with tequila and topping with soda water.
