OLED display glitching or broken? - Displays - Arduino Forum

Hey, this is the first time I have ever tried to use an OLED and I can't seem to get it to work, or even diagnose the issue! The issue is the OLED displays a random array of blue and black pixels and only animation in a black bar at the bottom of the screen (as shown in the picture). I am using the adafruit demo code example from the ssd1306 library called - ssd1306_128x64_spi, the only alteration I have made to it is the pins i'm using. It uploads just fine.
